Bookings Terms and Conditions

COVID 19

Please note that all bookings with an arrival date OUTWITH the Government stated lockdown, i.e., when premises are allowed to open and guests are allowed to travel*, are covered by our standard Cancellation policy (see below). If however the lockdown period is extended to a date beyond your departure date, we will move your booking to a suitable date in the future**, or provide you with a voucher to the value of your existing booking, or provide a refund. Bookings that have been moved to a later date due to Covid 19 restrictions are, once moved, subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.

* Travel to destinations not covered by a geographical limit, i.e. no distance restrictions are in place ** Depending on availability.

It is of utmost importance that should you feel unwell with Covid symptoms prior to travel, you MUST NOT travel to your destination. If you feel unwell during your stay, you must make plans to travel home immediately. Should that not be possible, and you need to extend your stay with us, you will be liable for the cost of the additional nights. If your stay is cut short due to you experiencing Covid symptoms, you will not be eligible for a refund.
